Join us for The Vocal Doctor After Dark: Remix Battle, where every contestant gets one chance to impress the judges. This year's official remix challenge is "Close Your Legs" by Raydiance. Every contestant must perform their own unique remix or interpretation of the song, showcasing their creativity, artistry, and performance style.

Whether you transform it with a new genre, fresh vocal arrangement, live instrumentation, choreography, or your own creative twist, this is your opportunity to make the song your own.

Bring your confidence, originality, and stage presence to the stage because there are no second chances, just one unforgettable performance competing for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place.

🏆 Judging Criteria (100 Points)

Category: Points

Vocal Ability:30

This category evaluates the contestant's overall vocal performance.

Judges will consider:

• Pitch accuracy and intonation
• Vocal control and breath support
• Tone quality and vocal clarity
• Rhythm and timing
• Confidence while singing
• Overall vocal technique

Creativity & Remix Interpretation:25

This category measures how creatively the contestant transforms "Close Your Legs" by Raydiance into their own unique performance.

Judges will consider:

• Originality of the remix
• Creative musical arrangement
• Unique style or genre adaptation
• Personal artistic expression
• Fresh interpretation of the original song
• How well the remix stands apart while respecting the original

Stage Presence:20

This category evaluates how well contestants command the stage and connect visually with the audience.

Judges will consider:

• Confidence
• Energy
• Facial expressions
• Body language
• Stage movement
• Professionalism
• Overall performance charisma

Performance Quality:15

This category focuses on the complete entertainment value of the performance.

• Preparation and rehearsal
• Smooth transitions

This category measures how well the performer captures and holds the audience's attention.

Judges will consider:

• Audience interaction
• Crowd response
• Ability to entertain
• Confidence while engaging viewers
• Memorable moments that leave a lasting impression

Judges should score each performance fairly, consistently, and based solely on the published criteria.

Viewers can tune in live to support talented performers, enjoy a night of entertainment, and be part of a positive community experience.

Selected performers may receive special awards and recognition for the event.
